Founder/Chief Executive Officer

Josh has had a successful career in the automotive industry.  He started washing cars as a young boy at his father's car lot.  Expansion into real estate started as a hobby and a way to have fun investing money.  Josh loves the challenges associated with finding solutions in problems.  The procurement and rehabilitation on real estate is a great place to pursue such passions.  Josh really enjoys the feeling associated with delivering on excellent customer service and is a champion of win/win negotiations.  His true passion is watching his daughters develop into fantastic young women.
